Why make a Will?

 A Will is an extremely important document that details exactly how you wish your estate to be distributed on your death and who you wish to deal with matters for you as your executors. Executors can be members of your family, friends or your Solicitor

To assist us in preparing your will, please complete the following questionnaire. Please answer the questions in full. If you have any difficulty in dealing with the questions please let us know and we can give you help and advice.

Your Details

- these are the people who will carry out the terms of your Will and deal with your assets and liabilities on your death. It is advisable to appoint at least two people (but no more than four)

Please let us have a note of your assets and a rough indication of their value. It would be helpful if you could indicate whether these assets are jointly owned or owned in your sole name.

Please indicate whether you wish to leave any sums of money or specific articles or property to friends, relatives, charities, or other persons.
