Residential Possession Proceedings
It is important to remember that a court order must be obtained to obtain possession of residential premises from a tenant, lodger or squatter. The notices to be served before court proceedings are started vary according to the nature of the occupation of the premises. Our experienced solicitors advise landlords on the correct procedure to be followed and draft and serve the appropriate notices. We can also advise you on recovering arrears of rent.
If the occupier does not leave before the expiry date of the notice our solicitors will prepare the necessary court documentation and ensure that it is properly served on the occupier.
We will also represent you at the court hearing.
