With the increasing complexity of family arrangements disputes about wills and the distribution of the estates following the death of a loved one have become more frequent.

As part of this we can advise you on any concerns you may have about the validity of a will which has been made and what rights you may have if a valid will has not been made.

We can also advise you on what rights you may have if the deceased made promises to you during his or her lifetime, which have not been carried out in his or her will.

Our aim, as with all disputes, is to try to find a reasonable solution without the need to take court proceedings, so that hopefully family relationships can be preserved. If court proceedings are necessary, however, we have the expertise to guide you through the court processes and maximise your chances of a successful outcome.

We are happy to provide basic initial advice without charge or obligation. If we are satisfied that you have a reasonable case to pursue, we may be able to assist you in obtaining public funding (Legal Aid) for our fees or may be able to arrange to represent you on a Conditional Fee (more commonly known as a no win, no fee) basis.
